1. How long does it take to process my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. During high-volume times (like holidays or restocks), it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
2. Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.95 within the continental U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the weight and destination.
3. Do you offer local pickup, delivery, or studio visits?
Absolutely!

Curbside Pickup is available in Inverness, FL.
You’ll receive a text when your order is ready, along with curbside pickup instructions. (Usually ready within 24 hours.) -
Free Local Delivery is available for orders $100+ within a 15-mile radius of Inverness, FL — including Crystal River, Floral City, Hernando, and Beverly Hills.
(If your address qualifies, this option will appear at checkout.) -
In-Studio Sessions are available by appointment.

4. How do I care for my candles?
To ensure a clean, long-lasting burn:

Trim the wick to ¼” before each use

Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn

Never leave a candle unattended

Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time
Want to keep your candle lit longer?
Simply extinguish the flame, trim off the “mushroom” tip (the carbon build-up on the wick), and re-light. This keeps the flame clean and helps extend the life of your candle.
5. Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes! Our candles are made with natural soy wax, are paraffin-free, and contain no parabens or phthalates. Each one is hand-poured in small batches for a clean, conscious burn.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right.
7. Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?
Yes! We love creating custom gifts and offer small-batch wholesale opportunities for boutiques, salons, and coastal shops. Please contact us to share your vision.

9. Candle Troubleshooting Tips
Accidentally trimmed your wick too short and it won't stay lit?
No worries — it happens!
If the wick is buried under melted wax and keeps going out, simply:

Carefully carve out a bit of the melted wax around the wick using a spoon or paper towel

Make sure the wick is standing above the wax line, then re-light

Let it burn until a full melt pool forms again
For best results, always trim the wick to about ¼” before lighting — but not too short. If unsure, it's better to trim slightly less than too much.
